Powder Puff football is an annual event in which high school girls who don’t mind getting down and dirty, separate from each other by classes for a fierce game of football, usually to benefit a local charity of their choosing. It’s not all fluff. What is supposed to be a innocent flag football game always ends up as rough tackle football. Sprained ankles, broken wrists, dislocated hips, and pulled muscles are sure to be part of the game. Yes, there are penalties against unnecessary roughness, but do you think that stops them? No way! These girls are in it to win it!
